What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need something different, call us before you arrive and we will tell you what the day allows.
Is there parking?
Yes. Parking is free and on site, one space per room.
Do you allow pets?
No. We cannot take pets in the rooms or the shared spaces. Service animals are welcome.
Is breakfast included?
No, we do not run a breakfast service. There is a shared guest kitchen, and the cafés and restaurants of downtown Boothbay Harbor are a short walk from the inn.
Is there Wi-Fi?
Yes, free Wi-Fi throughout the inn.
Which rooms have no stairs?
Rooms 9, 10 and 16 are on the ground floor with no steps. Room 13 is on the first floor. Rooms 11, 14 and 15 are on the second floor, and Room 12 is a two-story suite reached by an outdoor stair.
Which rooms have a harbor view?
Rooms 9, 11, 13, 14 and 15 face the harbor. Room 10 has a partial view from its porch. Room 12’s bedrooms face inland, but its three balconies look over the harbor. Room 16 has no water view of its own; the solarium and the lawn are steps away.
How many people can stay in a room?
Rooms 9, 10, 11, 13 and 16 sleep two. Room 12, the two-story suite, sleeps four. Rooms 14 and 15 sleep four with a twin trundle, up to two adults.
Do the rooms have fireplaces?
Seven of the eight rooms have a gas fireplace or stove. Room 16 does not.
How far is downtown?
A short walk. The footbridge, the wharves, the boat tours, the shops on Commercial Street and the restaurants are all on foot from the inn.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
When you book direct, the full amount is due at booking and payments are non-refundable once made. We will try to move your dates if your plans change. Bookings made through Airbnb, Vrbo or Expedia follow that platform’s terms. The details are in our Guest Terms and Conditions.
Is Admiral’s Quarters the same as Greenleaf Inn?
They are sister inns two doors apart on Commercial Street, run by the same family and the same innkeeper. Admiral’s Quarters is at number 71; Greenleaf Inn is at number 65.
