Admiral’s Quarters sits on Commercial Street where the lawn runs down to the rocks. The Adirondack chairs are already out, the fire pit is ready, and the whole of Boothbay Harbor is in front of you: the boats on their moorings, the islands, the lighthouses and the open Atlantic past them.
Inside are eight rooms and suites, each with its own bathroom, and most with a gas fireplace or stove and a balcony or patio on the water. The glass solarium is everyone’s: coffee at sunrise, a book in the afternoon, the harbor lights after dark. Downtown, the wharves and the footbridge are a short walk.

Wish we could have stayed longer! Beautiful property with friendly accommodating hosts. Loved the room with comfortable bed, access to kitchen with snacks and coffee. Fire pit at night overlooking the harbor was lovely. Will definitely be back.
