One of the most asked-for rooms in the house. The living room has a wall of windows and French doors onto a private balcony, with Boothbay Harbor, two lighthouses and the open Atlantic beyond. Read by the fireplace beside the bookshelves, or eat at the table for two with the view.

The bedroom is in the adjoining room, quiet and private, with its own bathroom. It is furnished for longer stays.

Every room: free Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, a private bathroom, one parking space, and the run of the solarium, the lawn and the guest kitchen. Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM.
