The original Admiral's Quarters penthouse, on the second story. The king bedroom has a wall of windows, so the harbor, the lighthouses, the islands and the open ocean are in view from the bed. There is a fireplace, and a private balcony for the robe-and-coffee hour.

The second room has a twin trundle bed for a third or fourth guest or an afternoon nap. A built-in closet holds a mini refrigerator and drawers for longer stays, and the bathroom has a large walk-in glass shower. Come and go from inside the house or by the private outdoor stairs to the back balcony.

Every room: free Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, a private bathroom, one parking space, and the run of the solarium, the lawn and the guest kitchen. Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM.
