The solarium and the lawn
The two places everyone at Admiral’s Quarters ends up: a glass room over the harbor, and a lawn with a fire pit that runs down to the rocks.

A glass room on the water
The solarium was added to the house so every guest would have the view. Sunrise comes straight across the harbor, the boats work the moorings all day, and at night the lights of the town and the water show through on three sides.
Bring your coffee in the morning, a book in the afternoon, a glass of wine at dusk. It is shared by every room in the house and open to you all day.

The lawn and the fire pit
Out front, the lawn runs down toward the rocks and the water, with Adirondack chairs set out around a stone fire pit. On a cool Maine evening there is usually a fire going.
The porch and the main balcony have rockers facing the open ocean, the best seats in the house for the last of a sunset.

Stay in the house
Eight rooms and suites, most with their own balcony or patio on the harbor.
