Legal
Privacy Policy
Effective 12 October 2026. This policy replaces every earlier version for this website.
1. Who we are
This website is run by Parsons Hospitality LLC, a Delaware company, for Admiral’s Quarters Inn, one of the inns marketed as Parsons Hotels & Villas. In this policy, “we” and “us” means Parsons Hospitality LLC and the companies named below.
When you book directly, the business that takes your payment is named in our Guest Terms and Conditions: for Admiral’s Quarters Inn it is Anita’s Inn LLC. This policy covers both.
2. What we collect
- When you book or ask about a stay: your name, email address, phone number and billing address, your dates and the number of guests.
- Your payment card. The card is entered into a secure field run by our payment provider and stored by them; we do not keep full card numbers on our own systems.
- Before arrival, an identity check through our online ID-check provider.
- If you sign up for our newsletter: your email address.
- Anything you tell us in messages, calls or reviews, for example an arrival time, a special request or an accessibility need.
- When you use this website: your IP address and approximate location, browser and device type, the pages you view and the links you click, collected through cookies and similar tools (section 5).
- From booking platforms: if you book through Airbnb, Vrbo, Expedia or Booking.com, that platform sends us your name, dates, party size and the contact details it chooses to share. Its own privacy policy governs what it collects.
3. How we use it
- To take, confirm and manage your booking, and to charge and refund your card.
- To verify identity, prevent fraud and keep the inn and its neighbors safe.
- To meet legal duties, such as lodging-tax records.
- To send booking emails and texts (confirmation, payment, arrival details). We send marketing emails only if you sign up, and marketing texts only with your separate consent. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link; reply STOP to any text. We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with anyone for their own marketing.
- To understand how the website is used and to show our ads to people likely to want a stay with us.
4. Who we share it with
We share your information with these service providers, and as described below:
- Reservation system: Streamline, our booking and guest-messaging system. When you check availability or book, you continue to our reservation system’s checkout page.
- Payments: our card-processing gateway and secure card storage provider, and our merchant bank.
- Identity check: our online ID-check provider.
- Website hosting: Vercel.
- Analytics and advertising: Google (Analytics and Ads).
- Authorities, when the law requires it, and your card issuer if you dispute a charge.
We do not sell your personal information for money. If our business or the inn is sold, guest records may pass to the new owner under this policy.
5. Cookies, analytics and ads
This website uses cookies and similar tools from Google to count visits, see which pages work, and measure and show our ads, including on other sites. Google may collect information about your browsing across different websites over time.
You can turn this off at any time: block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use adssettings.google.com and the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Our website does not currently change its behavior in response to a browser “Do Not Track” signal.
6. How long we keep it
We keep booking and payment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Identity-check images are kept by our ID-check provider under its own retention policy. Website analytics data is kept under Google’s retention settings. When we no longer need something, we delete it or remove what identifies you.
7. Your choices
Email stay@parsonshotels.com to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. We aim to answer within 30 days. We may need to confirm it is you first, and we will keep what the law requires us to keep.
8. Security
Card details are handled and stored by our payment providers, not on our own systems. Access to guest information is limited to the people who need it to run your stay. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your information, we will tell you as the law requires.
9. Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Bookings must be made by an adult (see our Guest Terms for the minimum age).
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
