The only two-story suite in the house, reached by its own outdoor stair on the west side. Downstairs, past the bathroom at the end of a quiet hall, is a queen bedroom with a television and its own balcony.

Upstairs is one large open room: the king bed, a sitting area, a gas stove and, on one side, a small hidden balcony. The bedrooms do not look straight at the water, but each of the three balconies looks out over the harbor and the shoreline from a different angle. It sleeps four, with one shared bathroom.

Every room: free Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning, a private bathroom, one parking space, and the run of the solarium, the lawn and the guest kitchen. Check-in 4:00 PM, check-out 11:00 AM.
